    Goat House CrossFit is family owned, and offers personal training experience in small group classes for adults. All ages and level of fitness are welcome in any class!

    We focus on developing the ten basic measures of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy by executing constantly varied functional movements at high intensity.

    Our Functional Fitness (CrossFit) classes are results oriented and geared towards members individual`s needs and goals. This includes special attention when working around physical limitations to achieve these important basic measures that will help you move through daily life and activities, as well as, meet your health and fitness goals.
